A digital platform with purpose

We’re proud to share that Reset UK, the charity championing community sponsorship and refugee resettlement across the UK, has launched its brand-new website, designed and built by Bravand.

This new digital home is the result of a close, collaborative process between the Reset UK and Bravand teams, bringing together insight, strategy, and design to create a site that truly works for the people who use it.

Built around what Reset UK’s audiences really need

Before a single page was designed, Reset UK’s team put in huge effort to assess and optimise their content and key messages. Together, we mapped out how best to get the most important information; about their mission, services, and training programmes in front of the people who need it most.

The new site structure and navigation reflect that thinking: clean, clear, and quick to use. Visitors can now easily understand what Reset UK does, explore their life-changing community sponsorship programmes, and access their growing training and development offer - all from a beautifully designed, mobile-friendly platform.

“Reset need a site that not only looks great, but that really works for their audiences; from community groups to policymakers and partners. Our team took the time to understand what matters most to users and brought Reset's story to life in a clear and engaging way.”

Jilly Cross, MD @ Bravand

Getting under the hood of Reset UK’s audiences

Bravand came on board in Autumn 2024, kicking off the project with an in-depth discovery process designed to get under the skin of Reset UK’s audiences.

Through persona mapping, user journey design, and service design mapping, our team explored what each key audience group would think, feel and do when interacting with Reset’s digital presence.

That insight drove the design of a structured, intuitive, and interactive information hub - a digital space where every element is built around the user’s experience, making it easy to read, navigate, and engage with on any device.

Our Bravand project team included:

  • Alexa Sielaff: user research and UX design
  • Emma Wood: UI design
  • Lou Rankin: Elementor, development and CMS
  • Jilly Cross: technical setup, project management and content migration

From day one, it was clear that Reset UK’s mission needed a digital home that could both inform and inspire.

Our goal was to create a site that helps every visitor; whether they’re learning about community sponsorship for the first time or looking to access training. This site was built to help them find what they need quickly and feel confident taking the next step.

Continuing to build meaningful digital experiences for the charity sector

This launch is another proud moment in Bravand’s growing portfolio of charity and non-profit projects - each one grounded in the belief that great digital experiences can make an impact far beyond the screen.

We couldn’t be happier to see Reset UK’s new site live, and we’re excited to watch how it continues to help them connect, educate, and empower the communities they serve.
