A digital platform with purpose
Reset UK is the charity championing community sponsorship and refugee resettlement across the UK - supporting community groups, policymakers and partners to open their doors to refugees and make resettlement work.
Bravand was appointed to design and build Reset's new website: a digital home that could genuinely serve the people who needed it most.
Starting with audiences
Before a single page was designed, Reset UK's team put in significant effort to assess and optimise their content and key messages. Together, we mapped how best to get the most important information - about Reset's mission, services and training programmes - in front of the right people.
We came on board in Autumn 2024, kicking off with an in-depth discovery process: persona mapping, user journey design and service design mapping to explore what each key audience group - community groups, policymakers, prospective partners, the wider public - would think, feel and do when interacting with Reset's digital presence.
That insight drove everything that followed: a structured, intuitive information hub where every element is built around the user's experience, easy to navigate and engaging on any device.
The result
The new site structure and navigation reflect the thinking that went into it - clean, clear and quick to use. Visitors can now easily understand what Reset UK does, explore their community sponsorship programmes, and access their growing training and development offer, all from a beautifully designed, mobile-friendly platform.
