Top five events we’ve been involved with recently

  |   Uncategorized

Is it us, or has the last couple of weeks been conference and event crazy?!!
Here’s five of the top events we’ve been involved with and how:

UCAS Manchester convention – Manchester Central Convention Centre.
Our clients JLL continue to take the Property Needs You campaign to young people across the UK, featuring our beautiful, interactive game app that continues to generate great results. Over 600 young people entered the competition to win fab prizes. You can see more about that project here.

Retail Business Tech Expo – Olympia UK
If you work in retail, e-commerce, or are just interested in online business processes and platforms, you need to be here. We were, and we loved it. Great show. Check out the link below for details on next years event:

St Patrick’s Day – Everywhere!!
Okay – so not a conference, but definitely an event that we enjoy! Give us a shamrock or two and a pint of Guinness and we are there!
From a digital perspective, we didn’t see any really challenging work out there this year but this video campaign from a Tourism Ireland was stroke of genius that would have worked any time of the year. Enjoy:

Wearable Tech Show – Olympia UK
Technology has been part and parcel of what we wear for quite some time, but this year sees the wearable tech world really kick off. Exciting developments we’re shown across big brands like Reebok and Virgin through to lesser known brands like fitbug (the opportunity for sports brands was probably the strongest). We’ll definitely be back next year to see how some of these have developed further.

The Education Show – NEC Birmingham
Last but definitely not the least for us. This show is aimed at all of the UK’s educators, and those they teach! And whilst we enjoyed seeing the likes of Dr Brian Cox and and Dara O’Briain, the absolute highlight for us has to be the launch stand of our gorgeous clients over at Loved By Kids and their Story Station platform. The stand looked great (if we don’t say so ourselves), the demos went really well and over 150 teachers signed up to a trial. We call that a result!
